Handiss is a platform that aims to connect talented architects and engineers to the job market all over the world.
I was the lead designer on this project, I was involved in the project from day one, the founders of Handiss approached Fusion Second with the idea of creating a collaborative digital space for architects and engineers so my connection to the project started from the ideation stage to the final delivery of the designs.
The construction market is different and complicated, and current online freelancing platforms do not cater well for it.Companies find freelancers through personal connections and platforms like Linkedin, which results in uncurbed pricing due to lack of competition.

At the kick off, we conducted a series of brainstorming sessions, mapping out the concept, defining the problems and eventually conceptualising the full idea.
Following that was the research phase, which included benchmarking on platform that address a similar problems as well as interviews with potential users. Based on the findings, I developed the user journey mapping and flows. While simultaneously working on the branding and Identity of Handiss.
